Raven Google Tasks Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026.
About this integration
Raven Google Tasks is a private personal assistant integration for its owner’s Google Tasks. It is a personal-use connection, not a public consumer service. This policy describes the integration; the website Privacy Policy covers use of this informational website.
Data accessed and purpose
With the owner’s authorization, the integration reads Google Tasks lists, task titles, notes, dates, and completion state to help organize the owner’s tasks. It can use the Google Tasks API to create, edit, organize, complete, and delete tasks at the owner’s direction.
Only Google Tasks permission is intended for this integration, not Gmail or Google Drive access. The Tasks permission is account-wide across the authorized account’s task lists, rather than limited to one list.
Processing and records
Authorized task data can be processed in the owner’s OpenAI assistant and cloud environment. Task information may appear in authorized conversation or project records. This means task data may leave Google and may remain in those records.
Google, OpenAI, and other providers involved in the authorized environment may process or retain data under their applicable terms, settings, and policies. This page does not promise a fixed retention period or that providers cannot access data.
The integration’s code and runtime remain private. These public informational pages do not display the owner’s tasks or provide a public task-management interface.
Revoking access
The owner can revoke the integration’s access through Google Account third-party connections . Select Raven Google Tasks, review its access details, and remove access. See Google’s instructions for managing linked apps .
Revoking access stops future access through that connection. It does not automatically erase task information already included in authorized conversation or project records. Manage those records using the relevant environment’s available controls.
Questions
For privacy questions, use the existing website privacy contact route . Do not include private task contents or credentials in an inquiry.
